Dr. Garcia is dedicated to providing skin care for patients of all ages. He is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, American Academy of Dermatology, American Osteopathic College of Dermatology, and Oklahoma State Dermatology & Dermatologic Surgery Society. Dr. Garcia participates in continuing medical education in all areas of dermatology, including general dermatology, cosmetic dermatology, and dermatologic surgery. He has served the community by participating in numerous volunteer skin cancer screenings and community health fairs.

Before Dr. Garcia graduated from the University of Missouri, Kansas City, he was a member of the United States Army stationed in Germany and Colorado. He then attended medical school at the University of Health Sciences in Kansas City, Missouri. His internship and residency were completed in Kirksville, Missouri at Northeast Regional Medical Center.
